EduTrack stores your subject names, attendance counts (total classes held and attended), and daily attendance logs. This data is linked to your User ID and stored securely in our cloud database.
If you import your timetable via AI, we store the day-wise subject schedule as structured JSON. This includes subject names and their assignment to specific days of the week.
Tasks created with subject associations are stored alongside your other tasks. The subject reference is used purely for filtering and organization.
Your attendance data is used solely to calculate attendance percentages, display 75% threshold warnings, and sync your records across devices. We do not share this data with educational institutions or third parties.
Attendance records are retained for as long as your account is active. You may reset all EduTrack data at any time through the EduTrack settings, which permanently deletes your subjects, timetable, and attendance logs.
